1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered on the dk66 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety, together with the dk66 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any feature of the dk66 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dk66 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access it.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open a dk66 account or use any service on the Platform. By registering, you declare that you are 21 or older. dk66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source where reasonably possible, subject to fraud checks.

One account per person. Each individual player may register and maintain only one dk66 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — constitute a breach of these Terms. dk66 may close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances or pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your dk66 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, active mobile number, and valid payment method details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Verification. dk66 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit of any size, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Geographic restrictions. The Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. If you reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted or prohibited, you are not eligible to use dk66. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable in your location. dk66 does not provide legal advice regarding your local regulations.

3 Account Responsibilities

Login credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk66 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account while it is logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of who actually performed the activity.

Security. You must notify dk66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, believe your password has been compromised, or observe any transactions you did not initiate. dk66 will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported security incidents but will not accept liability for losses arising from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Account non-transferability. Your dk66 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person. You may not allow a third party to operate your account on your behalf, including for the purpose of placing bets or withdrawing funds.

Inactive accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. dk66 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number before applying any inactivity policy. Applicable inactivity handling procedures will be communicated to affected account holders in advance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods. dk66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at dk66's discretion. All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our compliance procedures.

Deposit processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your dk66 account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the originating bank and time of day. dk66 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal conditions. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for deposits on your dk66 account. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method you have not previously used to deposit on dk66. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal processing time. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, or bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Source of funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your dk66 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Accepted bets. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. By placing a bet or playing a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules for that market or game type. Specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, live casino, slots, and crash games are published on the relevant product pages of the Platform.

Bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and valid once dk66 has issued a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that are pending or unconfirmed at the time of a system interruption will be treated as void and the stake returned to your account.

Odds and markets. dk66 reserves the right to update, suspend, or remove betting markets and odds at any time, including while a market is live. Bets already confirmed at the previous odds will stand unless the event or market is settled as void under the applicable rules.

Void bets. A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, duplicate bet placement caused by technical error, or market suspension at the time of placement. dk66's decision on void bets is final.

Payout limits. Maximum payout limits may apply per event, per market type, or per player account. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at the published maximum for that market. Current maximum payout limits are published in the Platform's sports betting rules section.

Casino game rules. All casino games, including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. RNG slot games use certified random number generators. dk66 does not modify game outcomes and is not responsible for individual game provider technical errors, which are subject to the respective provider's dispute resolution process.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Eligibility. Bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotions are available to eligible dk66 account holders as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available to players in Bangladesh with verified accounts in good standing.

Wagering requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit, and game contribution percentages are published with each offer. Bonus winnings that do not meet the stated conditions before expiry will be forfeited automatically.

Abuse prevention. dk66 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if there is reasonable evidence of abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free profit on bonus funds; using bonus funds on low-risk or excluded market types to satisfy wagering requirements artificially; and coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics with other players.

Modification and withdrawal of offers. dk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of acceptance unless fraud or abuse is detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at dk66's discretion:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploiting insider knowledge of sporting events.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Conducting transactions that constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dk66 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, the Platform's administrative systems, or any restricted area of the dk66 infrastructure.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period applied to your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk66 Platform — including but not limited to the dk66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dk66 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of dk66.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to dk66 for use on the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

Platform availability. dk66 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. dk66 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

Exclusion of consequential loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk66 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, data loss, or reputational harm, even if dk66 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Maximum liability. Where dk66 is found liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your dk66 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party content. dk66 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party game studios, payment processors, or data providers whose services are integrated into the Platform. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes should be raised with the relevant game studio through the in-game support channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

dk66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible from within your logged-in account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Time-out periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated period. Applications for reinstatement will be reviewed after the exclusion period has elapsed and are subject to additional verification.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by dk66. dk66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Closure by dk66. Following a suspension investigation, dk66 may permanently close your account. If a closure is due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is found, outstanding balances will be returned to the verified payment method on the account.

Voluntary closure. You may request closure of your dk66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to their market rules before the account balance is returned. We may ask for identity verification before processing a voluntary closure withdrawal.

12 Amendments to Terms

dk66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dk66 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the mobile number on their account.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the dk66 Platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law. dk66 does not seek to exclude or restrict those rights by virtue of these Terms.

14 Contact & Disputes

Contacting support. For any questions, complaints, or disputes relating to your dk66 account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please include your registered mobile number and a clear description of your issue in any support communication.

Dispute resolution. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, a transaction has been processed in error, or any other dispute has arisen, you must raise the matter with dk66 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. dk66 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt.

Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by dk66 support, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected] marked "Formal Complaint". dk66 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 20 business days. dk66's decision on settled bets, bonus outcomes, and account actions taken in response to verified Terms violations is final.
